Terms of use

E-LIB is provided to students, lecturers and staff of Phu Xuan University. Access requires a university Google account; accounts are personal and must not be shared.

Borrowing rules: students may borrow up to 3 books for 14 days (renewable 1 time); lecturers up to 10 books for 60 days. Books are checked out and returned at the librarian desk with the barcode label and your library card or student ID.

Overdue books: reminder emails are sent before and after the due date. Accounts with overdue books cannot borrow further items and may be temporarily suspended according to the library policy. Lost or damaged books must be reported to the librarian.

Digital resources are provided for study and research at the university. Do not redistribute PDF documents outside E-LIB; external open-textbook links are subject to their own licences (Creative Commons).
