Privacy policy

E-LIB is the internal library system of Phu Xuan University. Signing in uses your university Google account (Google Workspace). We receive only your name, email address and profile picture from Google in order to create your library account.

We store the following data to operate the library: your account profile (name, email, student/staff ID, faculty, role), loan records (which copies you borrowed, when they are due and when they were returned), reading activity on digital resources (view counts) and reminder emails sent to you.

Your data is used exclusively for library services: checking out and returning books, sending due-date reminders, and producing aggregated library statistics for the university. It is never sold or shared with third parties. Emails are delivered through a transactional email provider; files are stored on university-controlled infrastructure.

You can review your loans and history in “My account”. To correct or delete your data, contact the library at library@pxu.edu.vn.
