Mindfulness for Lawyers
Lawyer and law student distress have been a not-so-well-kept secret for decades. For instance, law schools have incorporated wellness opportunities. They have also de-emphasized the use and misuse of alcohol as a lubricant to help students ignore the stress and distress.
