Introduction to Animal Science

This text is designed for a one-semester Introduction to Animal Science course for undergraduate students. For many students, this course sparks interest in a career with animals, while for others, it is a required course. Therefore, this text is intended to be a "buffet" of animal science topics, allowing students to sample a little bit of everything to develop an understanding of the importance of animals in their lives and in the world around them.
