Combinatorics and Graph Theory
David Guichard · Whitman College
Combinatorics is often described briefly as being about counting, and indeed counting is a large part of combinatorics.Graph theory is concerned with various types of networks, or really models of networks called graphs. These are not the graphs of analytic geometry, but what are often described as "points connected by lines''.

Fundamentals of Matrix Algebra
Gregory Hartman · Virginia Military Institute
This text deals with matrix algebra, as opposed to linear algebra. Without arguing semantics, I view matrix algebra as a subset of linear algebra, focused primarily on basic concepts and solution techniques. There is little formal development of theory and abstract concepts are avoided. This is akin to the master carpenter teaching his apprentice how to use a hammer, saw and plane before teaching how to make a cabinet.

Discrete Math with SageMath
Hellen Colman · City Colleges of Chicago
This book is intended to provide concise and complete instructions on how to use Sage to solve problems in Discrete Math for a first or second year undergraduate course for math and computer science majors. Our goal is to streamline the learning process with SageMath. This approach helps students focus more on mathematics and reduces the friction of learning how to code. This is a student-created textbook (Open Pedagogy) for more effective alternative in student learning and engagement.

Calculus Made Easy
Silvanus P. Thompson · City and Guilds Technical College
Calculus Made Easy is a book on infinitesimal calculus originally published in 1910 by Silvanus P. Thompson, considered a classic and elegant introduction to the subject. Calculus Made Easy ignores the use of limits with its epsilon-delta definition, replacing it with a method of approximating (to arbitrary precision) directly to the correct answer in the infinitesimal spirit of Leibniz, now formally justified in modern nonstandard analysis and smooth infinitesimal analysis.

Inclusion, Education and Translanguaging
Julie A. Panagiotopoulou, Lisa Rosen, and Jenna Strzykala Eds. · LibreTexts
The idea for this text came about when we visited Ofelia García in New York in the fall of 2017 to observe and experience translanguaging live—in a mathematics lesson at a bilingual primary school in Queens—during a research visit. This was a special event for us because we had by then been dealing with the concept for years and were constantly confronted with the standard question of how translanguaging can be put into practice in the context of teacher education, congresses and conferences.
