Afrofuturism Across the African Diaspora: Empowering Black Students Through Literature

Afrofuturism is important because it offers a chance to continue to dream. Representation matters in many different forms. As instructors who are looking for topics to engage our many diverse students, there is beauty in using Afrofuturism in a college literature course.
